When you request a quote or booking we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make, model and type, the services you are interested in, your suburb or address for mobile services, your preferred date, your message and any photos of your vehicle you upload.

We use this information to assess your vehicle, prepare a quote, contact you about your enquiry, schedule and perform the service, and keep a record of work carried out on your vehicle. Photos you upload are used only to assess the vehicle and prepare a quote. With your permission, we may photograph your vehicle after a service for our gallery; number plates are obscured on request.

Storage and security

Enquiries submitted through this website are emailed to us and stored securely within the website’s form records. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required to deliver the service you have requested (for example a payment processor) or where required by law.
